One-to-One Terms and Conditions
Fees
As of September 2022, all lessons will be invoiced in advance on a monthly basis by direct debit via GoCardless. Lessons cost £18 per session and will be invoiced for on the 1st day of each month.
Student Absence / Missed Lessons
Lessons missed by pupils due to reasons including, but not limited to, forgetfulness, short-term sickness, trips/activities, computer/internet issues or holidays won’t be rescheduled or credited. In certain circumstances, providing one week’s written notice via email is given, I may reschedule the lesson at my discretion.
If one week’s notice has been given, the lesson will be rescheduled for a mutually convenient time.
Teacher Absence
If I miss a lesson for reasons such as sickness, examining work, unexpected absence etc, this will be rescheduled for a mutually convenient time.
Cancellation period
Please note, going forward that I will require 30-day notice if you wish to stop taking lessons.

As of September 2022, all lessons will be invoiced in advance on a half-termly basis by direct debit via GoCardless. Lessons cost £6.25 per weekly group session and an entire half term will be invoiced at the start of each half term.

Lessons missed by pupils due to reasons including, but not limited to, forgetfulness, short-term sickness, trips/activities, Forest-school, and exams/tests will not be rescheduled or credited. In certain circumstances, providing one week’s notice via email is given, I may reschedule the lesson at my discretion.

School leavers (Year 6) and stopping lessons
Please note that for year 6 leavers, please cancel the GoCardless direct debit after the last lesson of the year or email and ask me to do it for you. If you would like your child to stop lessons, please note there is a 30-day cancellation period.
